Make it happened with our practical strategies aimed to provide bespoke support to address our young people’s individual needs.

Making and having time to listen.

The services we provide is built around the individual needs of our young people and at Lordsbrook Aspire we believe that our outcome may not be great without listening to our clients and really hearing them. Therefore an open invitation will be given to our young persons at least once month to discuss and plan towards their interest.

our aim is to identify what unique individual interest they have in life to be able to connect well on that level and build up further interests and motivation. As everyone appreciates the respect and dignity given to their opinions and seen as relevant and valued.

At Lordsbrook Aspire we provide accommodation and support also for young mothers aged 16+. We work together with young mothers to ensure all their support needs and requirements are met, and help in planning and getting them prepared to fully become an independent young mother.

We provide experienced and qualified support staff, as required by individual needs of our clients. Some young mothers will require 24 hours; 7 days a week and some will only require a minimum contact time such as 6-10hrs per week support, in a warm and friendly family atmosphere, with our modern and suitable accommodation.

Our skilled and friendly team are devoted to building supportive relationships with our young mums based on trust and honesty; we ensure that they are actively involved in all decision making and also provide feedback on their progress.

Lordsbrook is dedicated to building good relationships with parents and supporting them to meet the needs of their babies. We believe in developing positive outcomes by giving parents the support and abilities they need to nurture and care for their child. Where we identify there is need to improve on the performance of our young mum, we provide all the necessary tools needed to achieve a positive outcome.
